These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hd444 ("hd444", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise makes use of the hd444 platform, including but not limited to all betting, gaming, casino, bingo, and promotional services available at hd444.io.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game on the hd444 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. hd444 recommends that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records at the time of registration.

hd444 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Any material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the hd444.io website. Continued use of the hd444 platform following publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

hd444 reserves the absolute right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where eligibility conditions are not met or cannot be confirmed to hd444's satisfaction. Any winnings generated during a period of ineligibility may be forfeited.

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) hd444 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are detected, hd444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. hd444 accepts no liability for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by a player.

Account registration requires the following information at a minimum:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued ID)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number registered in Bangladesh
• Preferred payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hd444 will never contact you to request your password. All activities carried out using your hd444 account credentials are your sole responsibility. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify hd444 support immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on hd444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hd444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank transfer. Additional payment channels may be introduced at hd444's discretion and will be notified to players via the platform.

Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to daily, weekly, or monthly caps communicated on the hd444 deposit page.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. hd444 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above ৳50,000 BDT.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

hd444 does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal processing fees, if applicable, will be displayed to the player at the time of the withdrawal request. Any charges imposed by the player's bank or mobile financial service (MFS) provider are the player's responsibility.

hd444 maintains the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any transaction and to delay or decline a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

hd444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players, including the 200% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000 for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as IPL, BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the ICC World Cup.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (specified per promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x the bonus amount.

Any suspected abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — constitutes grounds for bonus forfeiture and account closure.

All sports bets placed on hd444 are subject to the following general rules. Category-specific rules (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.) are published on the respective betting pages and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. hd444 reserves the right to decline any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Bets placed on suspended or cancelled markets are void and the stake is returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within a specified time frame, hd444's market-specific rules will determine whether bets stand or are voided. These rules are published on the relevant event page.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency and may not always reflect the precise real-time state of a match. hd444 reserves the right to void in-play bets where a significant time delay has clearly affected the fairness of the market.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per day. Players will be notified of applicable maximum payout limits at the time of placing a bet where the bet approaches those limits.
• Any bet placed in error by the player (e.g., incorrect team, incorrect market, incorrect stake) is the sole responsibility of the player. hd444 will not cancel or amend confirmed bets at the player's request except where a system error has caused the odds or market to be materially incorrect.

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account per person for any purpose, including circumventing account restrictions or claiming multiple welcome bonuses.

hd444's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hd444 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate device security when accessing hd444.io.

hd444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified time frame
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Identification of the player as being under 21 years of age
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administrative fee as stated in the account management section of the platform)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hd444 will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days and communicate the outcome to the player's registered email address. Any funds in a suspended account that are confirmed as legitimately belonging to the player — after deduction of any amounts forfeited under these Terms — will be returned to the player's registered payment method.
